I spent my childhood in the countryside, so I spent a lot of time in contact with nature. I like the natural scenery more than the city scenery, of course, I also enjoy the convenience of city life.
My motivation to become a scientist now may have something to do with the curiosity I developed as a child exploring nature. Trying to discover new things and figure out patterns has always been a thrill to me.

I am concerned about the impact of micronutrients in the diet on human health. Because in modern society we consume too much of the main nutrients (fat, carbohydrates and protein) but often neglect many of the micronutrients such as minerals, vitamins and natural antioxidants. These micronutrients are vital to human health, so my job is to discover how they benefit the body and what happens if we are deficient in them.

My Typical Day
I wake up and have breakfast, usually oat. Then I ride my e-scooter to my office, where I do my lab works. At around 1 pm I have lunch with my colleagues and in the afternoon I usually work with my computer. I go back home at 5 pm.

What I'd do with the prize money
If I am the winner, I will use the money to organize young students to visit our work place, to experience a scientific day. I always believe that you can only know what you really like by constantly trying. If children can discover their interests earlier, it will be of great benefit to their future development
