My Work

I am a researcher working in a laboratory. I analyse soil and rock samples for major and trace elements. Different samples have a different fingerprint. So we can put them in different groups according to their chemistry.

My Typical Day

I wake up at 7am. Then I cycle to the lab, where I arrive at 8 am. Then I normally prepare samples in the lab in the morning and deal with some administrative tasks in the afternoon. I also write reports and work on publications whenever I have time in between.
