  Analysis of my samples, when you find your own sample and you get to analyse it it’s really thrilling.

  I really like any color-based experiment because they’re usually really pretty. I also like working with cells and anything to do with infecting cells with viruses, seeing how they look compared to healthy, uninfected cells is really interesting!

  I get to access unique equipment. One of them is a ‘motorised translation stage’ whose controls are similar to a remote-controlled toy car.
  I used it to move optics into place without physically touching or seeing them.
