      Oddly, mcdonalds.ie don’t have a complete listing (they direct to a website that lists allergens and nutrition only), but I remember them having a book in the dining area of mcdonald’s over ten years ago.
      I’d expect them to be pretty much the same as the UK ones which are listed as:

      Chicken McNuggets :
      EITHER: Chicken Breast Meat (45%), Water, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Rapeseed), WHEAT Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Maize Flour, Modified Starch, WHEAT Semolina, Starch, Flavour Enhancer (Potassium Chloride), WHEAT Gluten, Breadcrumb (WHEAT Flour, Salt), Whey Powder (MILK), Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Flavouring, Salt, Spices (CELERY), Dextrose.

      Though I’m not sure which one is closer to the Irish market, though they look pretty similar. Basically it’s chicken in batter and fried.

      I don’t know and I don’t want to know. As the Paddy Kavanagh poem says, “through a chink too wide there comes no wonder”. I am a Scientist, but I think you just found the limits of my curiosity. Field trip to a sausage factory anyone?

      Hi Killa,
      I won’t be able to tell you the recipe as I have never tried them. I am a vegetarian. 🙂
      Interesting thing is whether its KFC chicken stuff or any of these chains like McDonald is it’s difficult to copy their recipe even we have so modern technologies. You can know their ingredients but the quantity of spices is critical to make the similar taste Chicken Nuggets and they never disclose that.
