Question: Do u think fusion reactors will be the way of colonising other planets ?

I think fusion reactors would be a great thing to have access to if we do try to colonise other planets. I expect that we’ll probably figure out fusion reactors before we try to set up colonies on other worlds, so they’d be a wise thing to bring along.
Unfortunately, fusion technology is still a bit off. I’ve heard “fusion technology” is only ten years off a few times in my life (we should be there twice over by now 😛 ). I’d be hopeful that we could master cheap, clean, plentiful energy on Earth before we try to put our societies on other planets.
