• Question: Is invisibility clocking technology possible?

      Yes and no.
      It doesn’t seem like we’ll have a technology that makes entire objects invisible over a wide range of the electromagnetic spectrum, but it might be possible to do at particular wavelengths.
      I was fortunate to be able to interview John Pendry a few years ago, he’s a pioneer in metamaterials that can be invisible at certain wavelenghts.       Have you seen a young intelligent looking boy put a cloak around his body and suddenly his entire body becomes invisible, only head is seen!!!!! Obviously you have seen. He is Harry Potter, the young hero of Harry Potter movie sequel.
      Once very popular in science fiction, invisibility clock seems no longer a just imagination, though it still far away from perfection. A group of nano-technologies claim with the use of nano-material, which can be called an invisible cloaking device, light waves can be bent just around the target object; therefore the object can become invisible. The development is still in early stage. There are some more attempts are being made using different technologies to make invisible cloak real.
      Once they make a perfect one in near future, you can buy one and become invisible whenever you want like a wizard!!!!! 🙂
