There’s this cold porridge slop called Soylent that’s supposed to contain all the nutrients you might need during your day. It’s got fibre and oil and sugar, and crushed up vitamin tablets. It’s entirely missing changes in texture or flavour or any sort of excitement like that, but nutrient wise it’s complete.
If you don’t want to assemble your complete nutrient solution, you’re out of luck. There’s no single food that’s the healthiest. Some foods are more complete than others (eggs contain lots of nutrition you’d need but fall down spectaularly on Vitamin C or fibre).
Eat a healthy balanced diet is the common answer, which is about as detailed as it gets. You need to balance the psychology of texture and flavour with the nutritional value, so if you hate brocolli you can certainly find another way to get vegetables into you.

      Hi 322bera28,
Any food which is grown without chemicals and loaded with nutrition e.g. Mushrooms- they’re rich in iron and protein and they can’t be grown in soil with fertilizer as it would kill out the very spores which are needed to develop into mushrooms. Another food is Watercress it contains more iron than spinach. Natural honey is another food which is full of living hormone-like qualities, which makes it a valuable adjunct to the diet. It is always good to eat combination of foods to get all the necessary nutrients.

You can eat anything you want. Just do it in moderation and make sure to get plenty exercise. Short and simple….if only it was easy to follow this advice!
