Hi 328bera39,
Black hole has enormous gravitation pull. Anything comes near the black hole are being pulled inside the black hole. The force of gravitation is so strong that even light with such a high speed cant not escape. Everything, no matter how big they are, as they cross the surface of the black hole due to gravitational pull break down into single point with infinite density and zero volume. So everything suddenly evaporates but still it exists forever as it continues to exhibit gravitational force. So it is there but we can’t see them. It is called singularity. Since it is just a point it does not have any bottom. 🙂
Once you get close to a black hole its massive gravity will pull anything with mass towards it. You can escape if you can divert around it or fire you engines in time, but once you pass a point called the Event Horizon you’re never coming back and we’ll never know what happened to you as not even light gets out. It will literally be an event below our visible horizon so we’ll never see what happened.
Relativity says that time moves more slowly closer to massive objects. For somebody looking at you falling into the black hole the closer you get to the Event Horizon the slower ans slower time will go and it’ll look like you’re barely moving as you approach the Event Horizon and time practically stands still and you look dimmer and dimmer as light can’t escape and then you just fade from view as you cross the Event Horizon. No dramatic explosion like in the movies just a slow slow boring fading from view!
