      Whales, Elephants and big mammals that have a skull large enough can all generate infrasound and are also evolved to hear it. Big speakers = big bass and low frequencies. So any animal with a large skull should be able to do it. Longer waverlengths peneterate a lot better and so are less prone to scattering. Submarines can pick up Very Long Frequency radio signals underwater!

      Guinea fowl; Cod; Cuttlefish; Octopus; Squid; Elephants; Whales; Hippos; Rhinos are few animals who are capable of hearing infrasound. Homing pigeons also use infrasound to navigate.
