      I have invented a net that makes it easier to catch crabs in the marine environment! It works very well, we catch a lot 🙂

      I’m not sure if it counts, but I’ve written a couple of computer programs to help me search through large amounts of DNA and protein sequences for patterns that I’m interested in. They’re not particularly complicated, but they do speed up some of my work a lot and I couldn’t find anything that did the same thing online, so I suppose they might be considered an invention?
