      I’m sure there is life in this galaxy, it’s just so big, with so many stars and so many planets, that life just HAD to have grown up on one of them besides this one.

      Not so sure about life growing in space though, outer space isn’t a very friendly place to most life. It’s cold, full of deadly radiation, there’s no food, unless you can somehow live on deadly radiation… If life DID form in space, then it’s going to be very, very different to any of the living things we’ve found on Earth 🙂

      Hey,

      there was this scientist called Drake who used an equation to predict how many civilisations exist in our own galaxy. Many numbers and different factors go into his equations like: how many stars there are, how long it takes for life to evolve and so on.

      So if we follow that equation, theoretically there could be 10,000 advanced civilisations spread across our galaxy.
