• Question: Do you like searching in peoples poop?

      Not exactly, poop is nasty stuff and nobody enjoys working with it. But I only need the DNA from the bacteria that live in it, so once I’ve taken that from a small piece of poop, I don’t have to see or smell it again. and I really enjoy working with the DNA and doing the bioinformatics (fancy name for using computer science to study microbiology) straight after.
