• Question: do you look at peoples with problems

      I don’t look at the people themselves, that would really need a mental health expert like a psychologist. I do study them through their gut bacteria though. At the moment, I’m doing a study on people suffering from depression. I’m looking at the bacteria that live in their gut to see if depressed people have different bacteria to people who don’t have depression.

      I’m also looking at the gut bacteria of children with allergies for the same reason, but that study will take most of the next year because there are a lot of biopsy (little snippets of someone cut out by a doctor) to work through.

      If that works out I might look at the gut bacteria of people with other kinds of problems 🙂
