Question: If you could change one thing about your job what would it be

I’d have loads more equipment installed. The labs here are always very busy, and some machines have queues of scientists waiting to use them. Unfortunately those machines are usually really expensive so we can’t afford more than one. A few more centrifuges and PCR workstations would speed up work a huge amount, and I’d have more time to relax at home every evening.
