I dearly wish that the Cold War didn’t happen, or at least ended quickly without all the silliness, so that the whole world could concentrate on a space program. Maybe if everyone had cooperated after World War 2, we’d have a space elevator by now and we’d finally be able to seriously look into living on other planets instead of sitting down here waiting for another meteor to wipe out 99% of all life.

      Hiya Einstein123jnr,

I don’t think our planet will be wiped out by a meteor any time soon like Ciaran says. Instead of focussing on other planets I wish we would all care more about the amazing living things we have on this planet like rainforest, savannahs or coral reefs! They are threatened by deforestation, destruction, climate change and so on.

So if I could change anything, it would be for all of us to treasure your own home – planet earth – more. I think if we do, it will making protecting it easier! 🙂

I would really like the world to be a bit fairer, just a tiny bit. I have spent a lot of time in South Africa working with kids who have lost their parents. They have a very big battle on their hands to make sure they get to go to school and get a good job. If all kids had the same access to school that we have in Ireland, I’d be happy!

I would change people’s reliance on fossil fuels, as fossil fuel resources decreases, the cost of fossil fuel increases which means that people can’t afford it, also fossil fuels are bad for the environment.
