      Hi,

      to find out what science is mainly done, and what science a research institute is good at, you can look at what universities are in the city. So in Barcelona that’s biomedicine and biotechnology!

      I know there are universities around Barcelona that are also interested in gut bacteria because there are a load of visiting Spanish students and postdocs working in my lab right now. 🙂
