Question: Is it fun being a scientist.

It is loads of fun! Well, most of the time. Some days all your experiments will go wrong, or you’ll have to spend all your time filling out forms and ordering equipment and chemicals, and those days aren’t much fun.

But the rest of the time you’ll be learning new things, using clever technology, making jokes with the other scientists in the lab, doing open days and exhibitions for the public and so on, and those days are just great, and they’re what I live for as a scientist.
