      Hey!

      Using the sun for energy is actually a pretty old idea. Leonardo da Vinci over 500 years ago thought about harnessing sun energy and we can still see sketches of his prototype solar pannels in his old notes.

      The first solar cell was invented by Charles Fritz in 1880s, which could turn solar energy to electricity.

      Even Einstein continuously experimented with the idea of gaining energy from solar power, for which gained a Nobel Prize in 1921.
