Question: why do you choose solar physics

Hello, I choose solar physics because the Sun is the best possible observations we currently have of a star. We see all parts of the sun in amazing detail and this allows us to understand how all stars work in general.

It also has a practical side. The sun effects our everyday lives and has very close interactions with the Earth.

It’s one of the closest and most amazing astrophysical objects!
