Our teeth are white because of the minerals they’re made of. Teeth are very similar to the rest of our bones, which contain a lot of calcium. That’s what gives them their white colour.

The outer layer, which is called enamel is made out of calcium, thats the white in colour of your teeth! Just like milk, which also has a lot of calcium in it. Thats why milk is good for your teeth and bones!
