      Let’s see, salmonella is a bacterial infection that you can pick up from meat if it is poorly cooked. Tetanus is caused by bacteria found in soil getting into your blood.
      Bubonic plague was a bacterial infection.
      E. Coli is another form of food poisoning caused by bacteria.

      This is a seriously grim list.
