Question: what is your favorite windows or linex

Personally I prefer having Linux installed on all my computers because I find it is much easier to write code on Linux systems. Linux has a lot of support in the open source community, so I can usually get my hands on software packages for free. The whole organisation of the Linux operating system is just a better reflection of how I think about problems and solutions.

But Windows is great too! If you want to play games, you pretty much need a Windows computer, and the Microsoft Office tools are unparalleled anywhere else as far as I am concerned.

So I use Linux because it is the tool that fits most of what I want to do right now, but I would be perfectly happy to work on Windows if needs be.
