      Definitely. Not in my lab but there have been deaths associated with clinical trials gone wrong

      Yes, we studied some examples in college such as the Thalidomide trials, Tuskegee syphilis experiments or some of the more questionable stem cell therapies that may be offered without adequate evidence.
