There’s no evidence of other life forms yet, but I think it’s inevitable considering the vastness of the universe and number of planets potentially in the ‘Goldilocks Zone’ out there – I don’t think that Earth will turn out to be unique as the only source and home of life in the universe. I’m not sure that we know how many solar systems are out there – if you agree with the estimate of there being 10 trillion galaxies in the observable universe (probably this is a gross underestimation) and take it that each galaxy had the same number of stars as the Milky Way (100 billion) it would be an estimated 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars. Not all stars will have a solar system (the star + planets subject to its’ gravity) but if even 10% of them did… it’s still a lot of solar systems (100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 )
