      The gym really helps me. And boxing has reduced my stress levels so much the past 6 months. I’d suggest you find something u love that u can do in your spare time. If I’m stressed while working then I usually put music on and go for a quick walk. And if it’s really bad stress I’ll have a little cry and then get on with my day
