Ireland I’m afraid. I’m a mad trad irish musician too and so love to be here. Ireland has a lot to offer in Science you don’t need to go anywhere. But if you wanted to travel abroad, people seem to love Australia!

I’d like to go to Japan, I really want to visit the country anyway and they do a lot of really cool research over there, especially in the functional food space. Or to go back to Italy to continue researching the microbes in fermented foods such as wines, beers, cheeses etc 🙂
