      Yes. Although it might not, there is a chance of adverse effects with each use, including the first. To take your example, cocaine causes blood pressure and heart rate to increase and disrupts electrical signals in the heart.

      Yes it is. We can have underlying health issues that we dont know about and drugs interact with our body in different ways. For example, cocaine has been linked to death because of the effect it has on your heart and if someone had a heart condition that they weren’t aware of, it could cause a heart attack
