• Question: Was it hard to become a scientist? How long did u have to study for it?

      Its difficult but worth it. I studied forensic science for 4 years and then a masters degree for 1 and now I’m in my final year of my PhD…so in total it will be 9 years! But you dont have to do a masters/PhD. You can get loads of jobs with an undergraduate degree in science (and probably earn the same amount of money)

      I first did my Degree which took 4 years. I then spent a few years working in industry before going back to do a PhD. The PhD took me another 4 years. I went back to do the PhD for personal reasons. You do not need it for a job (I worked for 5 years prior to doing a PhD)
