      I was always interested in Science in school and I just followed on in that direction

      I was also interested in the sciences in school, but I wasn’t sure it was for me as a career. I came back to it after living abroad and working in a few different jobs, which gave me a feel for what I wanted/didn’t want from my career. Ultimately I love finding out how stuff works, and a scientist gets to do this (or at least try!) every day.
