      I love solving problems. If someone comes to me and says I don’t know how to do this and I am able to help, that is very satisfying

      I love meeting my research team. I get very excited when we get to the results section of a study. I also love teaching. This year I started teaching online for the first time. i am the programme director for an MSc in Clinical Trials. It was difficult at first as I couldn’t see my class but over time I have gotten used to it and though it is different to face to face teaching, it is really rewarding in its own way. this morning one of the students emailed me to say how much she is learning and enjoying the course. That is really rewarding for me to hear that.
