  We want something which body accepts and there are tests done to prove this. But all this inventions are based on our present knowledge of body and its response which itself is not complete. Sometimes it may be even possible that a compromised product is sold by the company.
  
  In yet other scenarios body may act in totally different manner or materials implanted can do the same things which triggers a rejection path and then everything goes wrong. In the end we are humans and cannot play god.
