• Question: Why did you decide to study diseases I found that very interesting that's why I picked you to ask a few questions. My cousin has epilepsy which I think is very interesting because they cant go to a concert with flashing lights or else they will have a seizure but I would like to know why you get epilepsy its very interesting to me.

      Thank you for your question!. There are different forms of epilepsy and also a lot of different causes. Some people can unfortunately be born with epilepsy, it can be caused by our genetics or it can be caused by an injury to the brain like a blow to the head. It’s pretty common for seizures to be induced by flashing lights – it’s good your cousin already knows their triggers!
