Well perhaps! If we all had one and had battery storage for when the wind isn’t blowing. There would still be a cost to maintain and service the wind turbine, and it would require replacement at the end of its useful life. In more sunnier countries solar panels are being used along with batteries to get rural communities electrical energy!
