      If to speak strictly theoretically, yes. Our brains are essentially big computers. We have neurons which act as memory storage and our thinking is signal or information exchange between these neurons. So physically our brain can have only a certain amount of neurons in it. But you can train your brain to exchange information between neurons better and faster, which defines how fast you can remember some knowledge or process information, like calculating an equation for example.
