Question: Was the science education etc better or worse in Australia than here?

I would say the education is similar. Australia’s environment is becoming more effected than Ireland’s environment so people in Australia are becoming more aware/ concerned. Sydney is surrounded by bush fires at the moment this has destroyed so much wildlife and homes and the great barrier reef is almost completely destroyed. Australia makes alot of money by selling their resources such as coal and there are ongoing battles between the government and the people over a new massive Adani coal mine. The people want to protect the environment and the Queensland government wants money.
