Climate change refers to a dramatic shift in our weather patterns, the climate has changed in the past but it has never changed this quickly. This is the problem, the climate is changing so fast because of the harmful gases humans have pumped into the atmosphere and the Earth cannot deal with this quickly enough to regulate the climate.
