it really depends on the size of the honeycomb you are talking about. and also depends on a number of bees involved in the process and amount of nectar imported into the colony.
Normally, a 1 kg of wax required 10 kg of honey to be eaten by the bees involved in the process.
If you have a very numerous honeybee colony, with a very good amount of nectar coming in, you can have a very big honeycomb built in 3 days.
