  Some weeks i will always be at my desk but other weeks i would be in the lab all the time and barley get to check my emails! it all depends on the week 🙂

  I’m in the lab right now! And almost every day at the moment. I usually have fresh water samples and soil samples to work on, there’s always plenty to do. I try to write in the morning and go to the lab in the evening

  I work in my lab all summer when I’m not doing field work. During the winter, there are no jellyfish around so I usually have no lab or field work to do. Most science degrees require a mixture of lab work, field work and desk work. It’s important to find the right balance.
