Question: should food waste be made illigel

Some food waste is natural with food being eaten by insects and not growing properly due to weather and external conditions. we should try to minimise food waste but i dont think it should be punishable by law just encouraged to waste as little as possible by showing people that just because a fruit is a weird shape doesnt mean its any less yummy etc
