      I have to say jellyfish! But in all seriousness, humans are the smartest animals.

      It depends how you define ‘smartness’ really đŸ™‚ Elephants, Crows, Dolphins Bees etc can all do amazing thing which need a lot of smarts but in my opinion it is one of our closest relatives, the chimpanzee who scients have found to have amazing memory (such as this study here https://www.cell.com/current-biology/fulltext/S0960-9822(07)02088-X ) sometimes even better than humans!

      They might not be the absolute smartest but pigs are really clever, probably even more clever that cats and dogs. They don’t have sweat glands like us so they roll in the mud to stay cool, so this is very clever even though people can think that pigs are a filthy animal! They are also really social and love to play, and can cooperate which each other to get food, all signs of having smarts!
