Yes, can’t beat eggs! 😉 (pun intended)

Yup, I do like eggs! Especially in omelettes… Here is my favorite recipe:

      – Chop half an onion, chilies and a bit of garlic
      – Melt butter in a pan and fry the chopped bits in it till golden
      – put a few tomato slices in the pan
      – beat three eggs in a bowl and pour in the pan
      – cook slowly and melt cheese on top of it.
      – serve when hot, with the top of the omelet still a bit runny.

      You will love it!

Alternatively, I study eggs as well… well not, chicken eggs of course. I study the development of venom fangs and venom glands in the eggs of centipedes. Really cool to see the eggs develop. Have a look at my picture gallery in my profile. The blue picture? It’s a baby centipede developing in an egg 🙂

I sure do! You can make so many delicious meals with them. One of my favourites has to be poached eggs with smoked salmon on a bagel – Mmmmmmm!

Some people might say “well how can you study birds and like watching them but still eat eggs?” – and that’s a good question. We humans need to eat to survive and eggs are a natural part of our diet. However, I only ever buy free range eggs as I think animals should be treated well, no matter if there pets, farm animals or to be later killed for us to eat. Free range chickens get to run around outside in fields and fresh air instead instead of being cramped into a cage in a factory.

Yes, I love boiled eggs and soldiers for breakfast 🙂 I agree with Sean and I only buy free range eggs. Its important to buy eggs like this so that chickens are allowed to roam around land and get fresh air rather than living in cramped cruel conditions.
