• Question: if you swallow chewing gum does it stay in your stomach forever?

      No chewing gum is inedible which means that when you eat it your body is not able to break it down. Because of this it normally passes through the gut unchanged :-p However I would’nt recomend it as if you swallow too much it might get lodged in the intestines somewhere which would not be a nice experience!

      Try not to swallow it, but if you do, don’t worry! As your body cannot break it down it will enter and leave your body virtually unchanged.
