      Glad you asked this here, I loved this question in the live chat! Articles like that are mostly based on real scientific papers- but the headlines will often be really exaggerated or simplified so that they sound more exciting. So the science behind the articles is real, but it might be more complicated than “scientists confirm eating chocolate makes you fly”- it might be that one of the ingredients in chocolate has been shown to make something very small levitate.
