Blood is always red, inside and outside, it just looks blue when covered by your skin due to light effects.

Blood is red inside of the body, it’s a myth that it’s blue until it hits the air. The veins in your arms only appear blue to you because that’s the light that’s reflected to your eyes.

Red, if you’ve ever cut yourself you can see its red! The blue myth, as the others have said is due to light effects!
