Saturn’s rings are made up of mostly ice particles- and they range in size from microscopic to massive! There is also a small amount of rock particles, impurities, dust- meteors have crashed in moons around Saturn and broken them up. So in terms of size and hardness you could walk on some of the particles, but there would be very little gravity and you would have to choose very carefully- and the rings move extremely fast- probably too fast!
No chance of walking on Saturns rings, like Sarah was saying they’re made of ice and other stuff, so not a continuous band!. It just looks that way because we’re never usually close enough to see these ice particles.
