Clouds are part of the water cycle- the sun evaporates water from lakes, seas, puddles etc, and this condenses into clouds. All clouds are just water vapour. When the clouds take in more and more water, that’s when they get dark, and eventually it rains! Then the cycle starts all over again.
Clouds are formed when invisible water vapour condenses into droplets around dust particles in the atmosphere. They form when the air becomes saturated and cannot hold any additional water vapour, but are incredibly important. Without clouds, we wouldn’t have rain and they are crucial in the water cycle of the Earth.
