      Most GMO in the market are modified to be resistant against one or two forms of sickness.
      Before being sold they are tested so that they don’t put the consumers’ health at risk

      They are usually the same. Most GMO crops are modified to make them grow more efficiently or even give health benefits. Golden rice is a type of rice that has been genetically modified to increase its nutritional value.
