Maybe. We need a varied diet for our bodies to work their best. This includes fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and whole grain carbohydrates. If we leave out different types of foods, or we have too much of some types of foods our bodies won’t work to their best ability. So if our diet is really bad it may lead to our body not working as it should. I am sure it is nothing you will have to worry about. Do you eat a varied diet?
