      It depends on the traditions of your country, for examples here and in UK you don’t eat rabbits or horses while they are both considered delicacies in Italy and in the Mediterranean area.
      Probability the most unknown source of food here in Europe are insects.

      In New Zealand, there are flowers called honeysuckles. They can be very nice!

      Different countries grow different fruits and vegetables, and based on the culture and tradition they are cooked in different ways. For example, bottle gourds and ridge gourds are widely used in Asian countries but not in Europe, while we use a lot of courgettes here, but not in Asian countries, but they all belong to same cucurbitaceae family.

      In most tropical countries, there is a tree called Moringa. The leaves and the seeds are very good and high in essential nutrients.
