      It depends on your age, body and physical activity; In general if you eat regularly fruits and vegetables you should be fine.
      It’s also important to not eating too much fibre since it can cause problems to the intestines.
      If you are unsure of much fibre you should assume, you should consult a nutritionist.

      Everyone is different, but we should try to eat fruit, vegetables and whole grains and we will have more than enough. We can’t actually digest the fibre ourselves, but it helps the food move through our gut. We have microbes in our gut and they can digest some of the fibre. We want to feed them and keep them healthy. They can help keep us healthy by helping to prevent some diseases and produce vitamins such as vitamin k that we can use.

      It depends on age, but around 20 grams of fibre a day is recommended.
